CRN Recognizes Meredith Frick Alongside Colleague Kelly Wells on the 2024 Women of the Channel List

We are excited to announce that Meredith Frick, Head of Partner Marketing, here at Object First was also recognized on CRN’s 2024 Women of the Channel List, alongside Kelly Wells, VP of Global Operations. Over the past year, Meredith has driven significant advancements in our company's channel business by spearheading the development of our robust partner program, refining tools and processes to enhance engagement, which has significantly contributed to our channel growth.

Meredith has held various marketing positions in the technology industry over the past two decades, where she found her passion for working with partners and building value-added programs. Meredith previously led the Americas Demand Generation Marketing Team at Veeam, bringing her to Object First, now Head of Partner Marketing. In the year ahead, Meredith is laser-focused on adding more qualified partners to our program and improving partner technical skills, while increasing our partners’ customer satisfaction ratings.

Every year, CRN highlights women from vendor, distributor, and solution provider organizations whose vision and leadership have a beneficial influence on the technology industry. The CRN 2024 Women of the Channel honorees are creative, strategic leaders committed to using their skills to innovate and drive success for their partners and customers. With this recognition, CRN honors these women leaders for their unwavering dedication and commitment to furthering channel excellence.

Meredith thrives in uniting cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives. This ability has significantly elevated her team's visibility across various organizations, showcasing the impact of collaborative teamwork. This has helped Meredith not only facilitate successful problem-solving across the organization but has also played a larger role in shaping her career by highlighting the potential of a cohesive and collaborative team approach. Meredith is also passionate about sharing and relating personal experiences to mentor and nurture the growth of those around her.  Whether through formal teaching or informal guidance, she finds joy in contributing to the development of others, drawing inspiration from the lessons passed down through generations of educators in her family.

She joins the list alongside colleague Kelly Wells who, with over 17 years of experience in the IT Channel, leads the Global Operations Organization at Object First. Over the past year, the operations team has focused on streamlining the supply chain, ordering and invoicing experience; optimizing post-sale communication to customers and partners; and updating the partner portal with enhanced content and functionality.  In 2024, Wells will build on this success by investing more resources to support Object First’s partners with seamless onboarding and ongoing education. Object First is extremely honored to have both Meredith and Kelly as part of our channel program, and their efforts and dedication to our 100% channel model have proven to provide unmatched partner support.

The 2024 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage starting May 13 at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
