return it to us in accordance with the requirements below for a full refund.

Requirements

Customer must inform Partner from whom they purchased the Object First product of the return.

Customer/Partner must send return request to returns@objectfirst.com and must include:
- End User Company Name
- End User Contact (First and Last Name)
- End User Address
- End User Phone Number
- End User Email Address
- Partner Name
Customer/Partner will receive an RMA number from Object First, which must be issued 60 days or less after original shipment date. The RMA will appear on the return shipping label provided by Object First.
All products must be returned undamaged with all packaging, cables, manuals, bezels, appliance, and rails. Any damage, missing items or missing packaging will be deducted from the refund.

Refund

If Customer/Partner meets all the foregoing requirements, Object First will issue a refund, net of any charges, within 90 days of receipt of the product.

Changes

Object First reserves the right to make changes to these terms or to discontinue the money back guarantee. Any such changes or discontinuance will be effective for products ordered after the date of change or discontinuance.
