We are looking for a Inside Territory and Partner Manager to join our Object First team.
You will report to the Director of Inside Sales EMEA, who is supportive, approachable, and focused on helping you succeed in your role. The team operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring you to come into the Barcelona office three days a week for collaboration and team bonding.
Key Responsibilities
- Hunt and Qualify potential partners and end users and present Object First’s product alongside technology partner products to present technology solutions.
- Deliver the Object First sales pitch to potential partners tailor those pitches to the specific needs of the potential customer, and answer questions accordingly.
- Develop and manage relationships with partners to help the business achieve revenue, product, and partner referral goals.
- Be instrumental in building pipeline that is 4-5X the assigned quota.
- Maintain a high level of daily activity, including prospecting for new partner logos, partner calls, meetings and other activities.
- Build and execute against partner recruitment plan.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in high tech software sales.
- Experience managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal and presentation).
- Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking.
- Experience transacting and going to market with Channel partners.
- Experience working and supporting a reseller/distributor model.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High energy, drive, and sense of responsibility.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
