We are seeking an Order Fulfillment and Logistics Specialist to support our global Go-To-Market (GTM) organization. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations and seamless customer experiences across our worldwide network.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire order lifecycle—receiving, processing, and ensuring timely delivery of customer orders.
- Handle the submission of Purchase Orders (POs) to distributors for Sales, Demos, Test Drives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), Inventory, and Quality/Testing.
- Update Salesforce to maintain accurate and current data, and manage Closed-Won Opportunities for the EMEA region.
- Create and manage shipping labels and oversee the return process.
- Follow up with shipping providers, ensuring POs are processed promptly and addressing any delays.
- Partner with distribution teams to understand inventory levels and ensure order accuracy.
- Reach out to Finance regarding delivered units pending invoicing and provide relevant shipment information.
- Check in units and asset tags in Salesforce, updating their status accordingly.
- Attend weekly meetings and engage with the shipping providers.
- Create Jira tickets for new ideas or to report Salesforce issues.
Who You Are
- 1-3 years of experience in order fulfillment or logistics.
- Strong multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Proven track record of process improvement and efficiency.
- Excellent business-level communication skills (oral and written).
- Fluent in English.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving mindset.
- Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, FedEx, and DHL is a plus.
