We are looking for an FP&A Manager to take on a key finance role within the company. This person will support strategic decision-making, partner with organizational leaders, and lead planning and forecasting cycles, as well as reporting and presenting core financial metrics. The role will also be responsible for supporting the company’s monthly and quarterly business review packages, which are presented to executive management, stakeholders, and investors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate budgeting and forecasting, excellent communication skills, deep analytical and management accounting expertise, and a passion for driving performance excellence.

Responsibilities

• Own budgeting and forecasting function for the company and support company leadership in reaching business goals.
• Develop accurate annual, quarterly and monthly budgets based on a consolidated and regional views, also showing business segments and allocations.
• Lead the regular forecasts and annual operating plan processes globally.
• Coordinate with regional and functional leaders, to agree on consolidated views of forecasts and results.
• Deliver budget variance report on actual performance vs budgeted allocations across business segments and regions.
• Provide a guidance to adjust budget allocations based on performance metrics, budget usage and company goals.
• Organize and maintain company’s business intelligence capabilities using BI solutions and using business data model.
• Collect, analyse, and present financial metrics and performance indicators across different business segments and regions.
• Provide key insights into company historical performance, determine main contributing factors
• Produce ad-hoc reporting packages on various business metrics.
• Develop and maintain financial models, company revenue valuation and comparative ratios.
• Focus on continuous improvement of financial processes and performance excellence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management.
• Proficiency in US GAAP and/or IFRS financial reporting.
• Solid understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
• Experience in developing financial reports and performance metrics.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Advanced English is a must.
