We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and love crafting engaging designs, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

• Develop creative concepts and designs for digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media content, websites, expo stand designs, and packaging.
• Lead the development of brand identity and brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual presence.
• Prepare documents and brochures for prepress printing (understanding CMYK color modes and preparing layouts to meet printing house specifications).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to maintain a consistent brand identity across all digital and print channels.
• Manage and track design tasks in Jira, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Support and update the Adobe design system to maintain consistency across all layouts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our designs remain innovative.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate the company’s vision into impactful creative solutions.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects.
• Expertise in composition and typography.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, Firefly) and Figma.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Adaptability to design trends and market requirements.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools to manage and track design tasks.
• Openness to learning new tools and software as needed.
• Good conversational English.
• Experience in 2D/3D/Motion Design environments is a plus.
