We are seeking a Territory Manager responsible for driving end-customer sales and engagement both onsite and remotely through an indirect selling model involving distribution and resellers.

As the Territory Manager, you will be responsible for expanding revenue through direct customer interactions and managing relationships with distribution and reseller partners. Your role will involve promoting and communicating programs and tools to enhance customer product knowledge and educational initiatives. This includes creating and implementing strategic plans tailored to the region. The ideal candidate will possess a “can-do” attitude and seamlessly transition from strategic planning to hands-on implementation.

 

This position requires robust program and project management skills for the ACH region, with the ability to understand and address customer needs, translating them into successful experiences that drive revenue growth and deepen customer engagement with Object First.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales execution and revenue growth with end customers through distribution and reseller partners.
  • Expand and acquire new customers within the region.
  • Drive line of business expansion within target accounts to increase end-user sales growth.
  • Conduct sales and account reviews and complete quarterly plans to drive business growth.
  • Execute marketing campaigns with ROI driving revenue growth.
  • Manage detailed opportunity and forecasting commits.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
  • Provide market feedback on win/loss, competitor campaigns, and potential market opportunities.
  • Own attainment of revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven 2+ years of demonstrated sales-focused revenue growth in an indirect selling model for technology products where you have over-achieved.
  • Knowledge of data storage and data management segments targeting mid-market and mid-enterprise.
  • Driven sales executive with the ability to drive execution through distribution and reseller networks resulting in exponential sales growth.
  • High energy, results-driven individual who understands that fast growth requires delighting customers and partners. Hitting a sales number is not enough.
  • Proven experience with Veeam will be useful but not required.
  • Detail-oriented and someone who owns tasks to completion.
  • Fluent in English and German.
