We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team for planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, generate leads, and support our overall marketing goals.

This role is ideal for a starter with a passion for virtual events and digital marketing, looking to grow their career in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage live and on-demand webinars from concept to execution.
Coordinate with internal or external teams (e.g., sales, automations, web) and speakers to develop engaging webinar content.
Set up and manage webinar platforms (Zoom or similar).
Participating in webinar promo campaigns.
Manage landing pages creation, registration forms, and follow-up emails to support lead generation.
Support the localization flow for regional online events.
Monitor registration, attendance, and engagement metrics. Willing to learn analytical tools.
Maintain a content calendar and ensure the timely delivery of all webinar-related activities.
Support the creation of incentivized marketing campaigns.
Assist with day-to-day marketing operations, meeting planning, and status reporting.

Requirements

From 1 year of experience in marketing, events, or webinar management preferably in a technology or B2B environment.
Familiarity with webinar platforms (Zoom or similar), task tools (Jira, Notion etc.) and MS Office.
Basic knowledge of email marketing tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot or similar) as a plus.
Basic understanding of CRM systems and lead management (Salesforce).
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently.
