We are looking for an experienced and highly creative Graphic Designer, based in Poland, to support a wide range of design initiatives across the company. The ideal candidate is a versatile professional capable of delivering exceptional design solutions from printed materials and product packaging to digital assets, social media visuals, and comprehensive brand identity projects.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Developing creative concepts and designs for various digital and print materials, including brochures, banners, advertisements, social media content, websites, design of expo stands, and packaging.
• Managing the developing of brand identity and brand book.
• Prepress preparation of documents and brochures (understanding CMYK color mode and ability to prepare layouts for printing under the technical specs of printing houses).
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity and visual style across all digital channels.
• Manage and track design tasks and project progress in Jira, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project goals.
• Support and update Adobe design system to maintain consistency across all layouts.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, ensuring our digital assets remain innovative.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand the company`s vision and deliver creative solutions that meet its needs.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Experience in graphic design, preferably within a marketing or digital agency environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of graphic design projects.
• Excellent in composition and typography.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software, such as Adobe CC (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects, FireFly) and Figma, to produce high-quality graphics.
• Creativity and the ability to think outside the box.
• Flexibility, and adaptability to design trends and market requirements.
• Independence, ability to work without constant supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management tools to manage and track design tasks.
• Friendly to different task managers and open-to-learn new software needed for the job.
• Good conversational level of English.
• It will be a plus to have experience working with 2D/3D/Motion environments.
