We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Business Analyst to join our growing team. This role requires a combination of strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and communication skills to translate business needs into actionable solutions. The ideal candidate will have a background in Agile methodologies and experience working closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and document business requirements through collaboration with stakeholders.
- Outline project scope and objectives across the full lifecycle in a clear and concise manner.
- Create and maintain critical program and project documentation.
- Partner with software engineers, QA, product managers, and other teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Serve as Scrum Master: facilitate sprints, manage schedules, and proactively identify and address project risks.
- Monitor and maintain release timelines and milestones while ensuring team productivity.
- Support software development and project execution, fostering cross-functional collaboration.
- Analyze and optimize business processes and recommend improvements.
- Develop detailed project plans and timelines; ensure timely execution.
- Apply data analysis to drive informed decision-making.
- Conduct stakeholder meetings and facilitate workshops to gather insights and align goals.
- Track and report on project progress using relevant KPIs.
- Ensure solutions align with strategic business goals and user needs.
- Provide support during deployment and conduct post-implementation reviews.
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, emerging technologies, or related technical roles.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (especially web-based systems).
- Hands-on experience in Agile and Scrum environments.
- Experience leading development sprints as a Scrum Master is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
- Proven success in business analysis roles within the technology sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Knowledge of business process modeling and project management methodologies.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Confidence in explaining complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
